Purchases made at Serve Club Tennis can be returned within 14 days of receipt in the case of faulty condition. To be eligible for a return, items, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Returns shipping fees are not included and will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

All items are shipped within 4 days of purchasing and deliveries within the UK are expected to arrive within 6 days. Shipping costs within the UK is £3.00, and worldwide shipping cost is £5.00 (delivery times may vary for shipping outside of the UK, depending on different countries). Customers will receive tracking number after item is shipped out. The delivery times are subject to change during busy periods but the expected delivery date will always be updated to customers if delays occur.
